Processing of Orders
Shipping of orders are made within the office working hours of our company and our partner shipping company. As we are based in Hong Kong our working hours is based on standard GMT +8 time.
Once we receive orders, we will process this within the day or at the latest the following day. Orders received on a weekend, will be processed on the next available working day.

Partner Shipping Companies
We have tapped the services of reliable courier partners and postal service to ship all orders. Our shipping lead times are based on the lead times provided by shipping couriers.

We use mainly parcels which could be tracked by the code provided by the shipping company, when available. Shipping companies may provide updates on shipment and could at times be delayed. Should updates on the shipment be required, kindly check first with the shipping companies.

Custom Duties and Taxes
Country specific import duties and related taxes are not included in the price and shipping cost. The buyer will be responsible for shouldering these charges. Kindly take note of custom processing time which in some cases could cause delays in the arrival of orders.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: VitaCell International Co. Ltd., 7/F Fung House 19-20 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
